Privacy Policy for X-Spends
X-Spends is designed to work completely offline on your device. This policy explains what data is handled by the app and how your privacy is protected.
Short version: Your financial data stays on your device. X-Spends does not run its own servers, does not require an account, and does not collect or sell your personal data.
1. Data Stored by the App
X-Spends stores the information you enter, such as transactions, categories, recurring transactions, and app preferences, locally on your device.
2. Data Collection and Sharing
X-Spends does not collect personal data for analytics, advertising, profiling, or tracking. Data entered in the app is not transmitted to X-Spends servers because no such servers are used for app data.
3. Import and Export
If you use import or export features, selected files are accessed only to complete that action on your device. Sharing exported files (for example through your device share sheet) happens only when you explicitly choose to do so.
4. In-App Purchases (Optional)
X-Spends may offer optional in-app support purchases. Payment transactions are processed by your platform provider (for example, Apple App Store or Google Play), subject to their privacy policies and terms. X-Spends does not receive your full payment card details.
5. Permissions
The app may request storage or file access permissions only when needed for features you initiate, such as importing or exporting CSV files.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
- Your app data remains on your device until you edit or delete it.
- You can remove data using in-app delete/reset options or by uninstalling the app.
7. Children’s Privacy
X-Spends is a general audience app and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated over time. Any updates will be reflected by revising the effective date on this page.
